Summer – Florus Ignac Stašek made a view of the Old Post Office in Litomyšl, the oldest preserved Czech daguerreotype. From Stašek’s scientific experiments was preserved a micro-daguerreotype section of a plant’s stem, one of the first micro-daguerreotypes in the world.
