Antonín Markl published in Prague Steinhauser’s publishing house a handbook Die neusten Fortschritte der Phototypie Lichtdruck... (The newest advances in phototype), which utilizes author’s experience in this area. Publishing of the book and the subsequent process with Josef Albert, who in Prague took a legal action against Markl for divulging the secret method, led not only to Markl’s acquittal but also to public acknowledgement of Jakub Husník’s work in phototype, also in Germany.
