The constitution of the Czech Photographical Association
4. August – Josef Köppel, operator at the Hynek Fiedler Company in Prague, called a founding meeting of the Czech Photographical Association, “educational and supportive”, with the program of electing the Board and passing the constitution. The working of the Czech Photographical Association according to the constitution presented was allowed by the Vice-Regency ruling of 29. August 1882, and subsequently permitted by the C.K. police directorate in Prague on the 2nd of September.
