Dr. Vladimír Novák published in the supplement of the Časopis pro pěstování matematiky a fyziky (Magazine for pursuing mathematics and physics), published by the Czech Mathematicians Association, an essay O fotografii v přirozených barvách (About photography in natural colors), which on 24 pages recapitulates methods of color photography until that time. It is the first scientific discourse about color photography in the Czech press, arising partly from own experience.
