January - at Jan Langhans' establishment started to learn Viktor Meisner II. (1883-1950), husband of Langhans' second daughter Marie. After his training period lasting till 1st of January, 1911, he gained a key position in the business, culminating in his leading the firm after the 1st of April, 1919. Jan Langans company belonged, next to the Carl Pitzner atelier network, among the largest photographical establishments in the Czech lands.
