June - at E. Weinfurter in Prague was published the first Czech book from the color photography area from Vladimír Jindřich Bufka, O fotografii v barvách pomocí desky autochromové (About photography in color with the help of autochrome plate). At the same time in Plzeň was published about this subject also the work of L. Velínský, Fotografie v přirozených barvách na autochromových deskách (Photography in natural colors on autochrome plates).
